Our Team

Manages day to day operations of the clinic while providing exceptional care.  Sole founder of the Heidi Lynn Yip, NP in Acute Care PLLC.  

Lead receptionist and one of the original team members.  Runs the front desk while performing administrative duties.  One of the first people you see when you arrive at the office, and one of the last people you see when you leave the office.

Manages medical billing and coding, reimbursement, insurance denials, accounts receivable and accounts payable.  This is your point of contact for any billing related questions or concerns. 

Provides comfort and support, sometimes entertainment to patients.  Occasionally she uses work to catch up on her sleep and you can find her behind the desk with Wendy or sleeping in one of the patient chairs in the exam room.  She loves to greet you and expects a treat upon check-out!
