Heidi Lynn Yip, AGACNP-BC, AQH
Manages day to day operations of the clinic while providing exceptional care. Sole founder of the Heidi Lynn Yip, NP in Acute Care PLLC.

Nurse Practitioner
Jenna Gonillo-Davis, APN-AG, CCRN
Jenna Gonillo Davis, ACNPC-AG, CCRN is a board certified acute care nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience. She has practiced in pulmonary critical care, neurocritical care, and interventional pain management and is excited to expand her headache disorder skillset. Originally from Vermont, she earned her Bachelor's of Science in Biological Psychology from Pepperdine University ('09) before moving to Rochester, NY, to complete the Advanced Program for Non-Nurses at the University of Rochester ('10). After a few years of bedside nursing in med-surg and the burn and trauma intensive care unit, Jenna returned to University of Rochester to earn her Master's degree ('15).
She has presented nationally and internationally on a variety of advanced practice and neurocritical care topics. Additionally she has co-authored several book chapters and an article on non pharmacological intracranial pressure management. She is an active member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and has served on the planning committee for the Advanced Practice Institute. She enjoys precepting undergraduate and graduate students and looks forward to continuing to educate the next generation of healthcare providers.
Jenna values patient autonomy and shared decision making with her patients. Her goal is to deliver high quality care aligned with her patient's preferences in the safest way possible. It has been her greatest honor to advocate for her patients throughout her career and she is excited to continue this in a new specialty.
Jenna is married with two children and two cats. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, dancing, creating pottery, and savoring a good cup of coffee.

Receptionist
Lead receptionist and one of the original team members. Runs the front desk while performing administrative duties. One of the first people you see when you arrive at the office, and one of the last people you see when you leave the office.

Assists in running the front desk while performing administrative duties. One of the first people you may see when you arrive at the office, and one of the last people you see when you leave the office.

Office Dogs
Patty and Molly
Provides comfort and support, sometimes entertainment to patients. Occasionally they use work to catch up on their sleep and you can find them behind the desk with Melissa or Wendy, or sleeping in one of the patient chairs in the exam room. Patty also expects TWO treats upon check-out! Molly is not really into treats and likely will not show you the way out!
